2. What is the lead time?
According to our company process, it will take about 5-7 days for samples, the mass production depends on your quantity.
3. Can I have a custom-designed and made packaging box/bags?
Yes. As a professional manufacturer, we will design and construct the products based on individual customer’s needs. All of our bags and boxes are custom-made based on your artwork and packaging need.
4. Is there a minimum order requirement?
Due to the high machine set up cost and shipping freight, we do not accept too small orders. Our minimum order quantity is 200pcs.
5. Can I get a sample?
Yes, on some stock items freely, the freight cost of samples will be collected on your side.
We can also make samples with customized designs but the client needs to pay some sample fees.
6. Shipping Time?
If you choose by courier, like DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc. It’s door to door, usually, 3~5days to arrive.
If you choose by sea to seaport, usually, 15 days to Asia and Oceania and 35 days to Europe and America.
